The Corporate Banking Division deals with the development of its business relationship with corporations (with turnover over EUR 5 million) operating in Romania.
The Division is continuously adapted to better answer the business challenges, being organized as following:

  • Multinational Corporate Customers (multinational companies or companies with foreign shareholding and an annual turnover in Romania bigger than EUR 25 million or with an annual turnover bigger than EUR 100 million world-wide;
  • Large Local Corporate Customers (companies with Romanian capital and an annual turnover of more than EUR 25 million and/or foreign individuals other than GAMS or Multinational customers)
• in corporate regional centers’ responsibility;
  • Mid Market & Regions (companies with Romanian capital and an annual turnover smaller than EUR 25 million or companies with foreign capital with an turnover in Romania smaller than EUR 25 million and the group turnover (in Romania and worldwide) smaller than EUR 100 million), in corporate regional centers’ responsibility:

    • Brasov Corporate Regional Center
    • Bucuresti Corporate Regional Center
    • Cluj Corporate Regional Center
    • Constanta Corporate Regional Center
    • Iasi Corporate Regional Center
    • Prahova Corporate Regional Center

• Public Sector – addresses to local public authorities, companies of national interest, and central administration.
• Financial Institutions – addresses to local and international banks, insurance, leasing, consumer finance, mortgage, brokerage companies, etc.
• Corporate Products and Know-How Management Area – addresses all the customers’ needs in terms of offering standard and structural credit products and Cash Management complex solutions;
