    Dr. Herbert Stepic is CEO of Raiffeisen Bank International AG. He is a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration and has been working for RBI since 1973.
  • Martin Grull - Member
    Martin Grüll is Chief Financial Officer of Raiffeisen Bank International AG; he graduated from Vienna University of Economics and joined Raiffeisen Group in 2005.
  • Razvan Munteanu - Member
    Razvan Munteanu brings an extensive banking experience due to the positions held both in Romania and in
    Central and Eastern European countries: Vice President Consumer at Citibank Romania, Vice
    President Cards at Citibank Hungary, Area Manager for Eastern Europe at Europay
    International; graduate of Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. He joined Raiffeisen Group in 2005.
  • Anca Ileana Ioan - independent member
    After 10 years of strategic consultancy and 3 years of management of Tiriac Group, currently, Anca Ileana Ioan manages Smart Management Consultants, which provides consulting and asset management services. Anca Ileana Ioan is Master of Business Administration, Canadian MBA program.

  • Steven Cornelis van Groningen-Raiffeisen Bank President
    Steven Cornelis van Groningen is an expert of the Central and Eastern Europe banking market and over the past 10 years he has been on top management positions in subsidiaries of Western-European banks in Romania, Hungary and Russia. He managed the start up of ABN Amro subsidiary in Bucharest. Beginning with June 2001 he became a Vice-President of Banca Agricola-Raiffeisen, and in February 2002 he was appointed President. After the merger of Banca Agricola-Raiffeisen with Raiffeisenbank (Romania) he became the President of the resulting bank, Raiffeisen Bank. He is a Dutch citizen and graduated from Leyden University in The Netherlands, majoring in Corporate Law.
  • Marinel Burduja-First Vice-President; Corporations Division
    Marinel Burduja is a graduate of the Economic Studies Academy, International Economic Relations Department, and also of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law. He has undertaken numerous specialty courses in France, The Netherlands and South Korea. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the financial-banking sector and in previous years he held the positions of Vice-President of Bancorex, Senior Vice-President of Creditanstalt /Asset Management and Vice-President of ABN Amro Bank Romania. Mr. Burduja is also an associate professor of the Romanian Banking Institute.
  • James Daniel Stewart Jr.-Vice-President; Treasury and Capital Markets
    With a 24 years’ experience in the New York financial and banking field, he worked for NatWest USA, Yamaichi International Inc.; before joining Raiffeisen Group, he was a American Treasury Department consultant for the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of Bulgaria; studies of finance and international commercial relations at Lehigh - Bethlehem University in the USA; he is a Chartered Market Technician and joined Raiffeisen Bank in 2000.
  • Carl Rossey Vice-president Operations & IT Division 
    Carl Rossey is an expert in managing banking redesign and development processes in Central & Eastern Europe. His experience is both-sided: as consulting specialist in financial services and IT and as top manager in banks operating in this region; He has an MBA degree at INSEAD – Fontainebleau, France, and a Master in industrial management, in electrotechnical engineering and information technology. He joined Raiffeisen Bank in 2005.
  • Vladimir Kalinov Vice-president Retail Division
    With an expertise of over 10 years in banking lending and risk activities, he started his career with Raiffeisen in Bulgaria and in 2000 he joined Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG as a Head of Network Credit Management and Prokurist; he is a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Delhi and graduated international marketing research courses with the Institute for Marketing and Management, New Delhi.
